Director of Operations

Mr. Cauwenberghs is responsible for the supervision and operations of the Public Works, Water and Fire Departments and overseeing the business administration in consultation with Department Heads and the Mayor and Council.

He also represents the Borough in its relations with our governmental agencies and oversees the Borough's interests in contracts, franchises and other transactions

Other Responsibilities:

• Recommend and coordinate with appropriate departments the nature, location and extent of public improvements and implement the execution of such improvements as authorized by the Mayor and Council.
• Exercise the duties of Purchasing Agent
• Exercise the duties of Municipal Recycling Coordinator
