Health Consultation Program
The Allendale Board of Health provides a free health consultation program that includes:
- Health history evaluation
- Blood pressure measurement
- Height and weight measurement
- Individualized counseling and education
- Referral and follow-up
- Confidential consultation with a public health nurse
- Audiology screening
