Receive information about accounts, services, appointments, water quality and conservation is easily accessible right from your cell phone, tablet or computer. We offer many features on our site, including a survey to help you learn what you can do at home to conserve. You will be able to view and pay your bill and see your bill history and account status. You may also enroll in autopay or sign up to receive bills by email.


Financial Assistance Programs
Veolia offers a variety of financial assistance programs to help those in need with their water and wastewater bills. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at 855-367-6708. Contact us to find out if you qualify for one of the following.

  • Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
  • Veolia Cares
  • Payment Plans

Final Bills

If you are moving or selling your business, you must call Veolia customer service at (855) 367-6708 at least five (5) days prior to the closing date; landlords must notify Customer service five (5) days before a tenant moves out of or onto a property. When scheduling a final reading all account information will be taken. At the end of this scheduled reading, a final bill is generated and must be paid in order for the account to be closed. All water bills are ultimately the responsibility of the property owner.
