September 11th Candlelight Ceremony

This year marks the 20 year anniversary of the attacks of 9/11. As always we will have a beautiful candlelit ceremony on Saturday, September 11 at 7 pm at the 9/11 Memorial at Crestwood Park. This year all Allendale residents are coming together to make the ceremony special:
- Rick Albrecht is our speaker this year. He will speak of his experiences that day 20 years ago
- Sheri Marino will sing the National Anthem and God Bless America
- Julie Guarnaccia will play TAPS
- Brian Hanslin will read a poem (written by his mom Suzy)
- Clan Na Val will pipe in the National Guard and play Amazing Grace
- Allendale Police, Fire, Ambulance and CERT
- Allendale Mayor & Council
