Soil Movement Permits

A soil movement permit is required for any soil disturbance greater than 50 cubic yards. See Section 225 of the Borough Code for application requirements.

In order to receive this permit, the homeowner must fill out the Soil Movement Permit Application online, or a hard copy is available at the Code Enforcement Office at Borough Hall.
