NOTICE TO BIDDERS
BOROUGH OF ALLENDALE

“AS NEEDED SNOW PLOWING & REMOVAL SERVICES – BOROUGH ROADWAYS, JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2026”

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Allendale, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey on or before Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, in the Clerk’s Office in the Allendale Municipal Building, 500 West Crescent Ave Allendale, NJ 07401 for:

“AS NEEDED SNOW PLOWING & REMOVAL SERVICES – BOROUGH ROADWAYS,
JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2026”

Notice to Bidder, Information to Bidders, Proposal Sheet, and Affidavits will be on file for public inspection, at the office of the Municipal Clerk, at the above address, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, commencing Wednesday, November 19, 2025, or electronic requests may be emailed to LindaCervino@Allendalenj.gov. Electronic requests must include company name, address, phone and fax number and contact person.

Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Borough of Allendale and placed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder, and clearly marked, “AS NEEDED SNOW PLOWING & REMOVAL SERVICES – BOROUGH ROADWAYS JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2026” or they will not be considered.

The Borough of Allendale assumes no responsibility for bids returned by mail.

The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Borough.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity “N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27”.
