The August 13, 2026 meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Allendale will be held in-person at the Allendale Municipal Building, 500 West Crescent Avenue, Allendale, New Jersey 07401. The Work Session will begin at 7:00 p.m., immediately followed by the Regular Session in the Council Chambers located on the second floor.  The Borough of Allendale will also livestream the Work and Regular Sessions.

At this Special Meeting, the governing body will propose to adopt three Resolutions:

RES 26-187: 
AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT BIDS FOR THE EAST ALLENDALE AVE SEWER REHABILITATION.

RES 26-188:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE NJDEP TREATMENT WORKS APPROVAL (WQM-003-T) CERTIFICATIONS FOR TOLL NJ I, LLC.

RES 26-189:
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SETTLEMENT TERM SHEET WITH TOLL NJ I, LLC
