RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES, TREE REMOVAL SERVICES, GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, AND FIELDS MAINTENANCE FOR THE YEAR 2026

     WHEREAS, the Borough of Allendale requires services for Janitorial Services, Tree Removal Services, Grounds Maintenance, and Fields Maintenance for the year 2026; and

     WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide such services; and

     WHEREAS, the Governing Body wishes to solicit quotes for such services, the anticipated value of which is less than $53,000.00; 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized to solicit quotes for Janitorial Services, Tree Removal Services, Grounds Maintenance and Fields Maintenance in accordance with law.

Sealed Proposals for Janitorial Services, Tree Removal Services, Fields Maintenance or Commercial Grounds the must be submitted to the Borough Administrator, Alison Altano, either in person at the Allendale Municipal Building, 500 West Crescent Avenue, Allendale, New Jersey 07401 or via email at alisonaltano@allendalenj.gov by Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
