NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Borough of Allendale Land Use Board - County of Bergen, State of New Jersey - May 13, 2026

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that BCE NJ Solar Ten, LLC, (“BCE” or “Applicant”) filed an application with the Borough of Allendale Land Use Board (the “Board”) for use variance approval pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70(d)(1) and preliminary and final major site plan approval to install commercial rooftop solar facilities on various industrial buildings within the Allendale Industrial Park.

Borough of Allendale Land Use Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in the Borough of Allendale Municipal Building, located at 500 West Crescent Avenue, 2nd Floor, Allendale, New Jersey 07401, at which time opportunity will be given to all those with interest to be heard and at which time the Board may approve, modify or deny the application.
