The May 8, 2025 meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Allendale will be held in-person at the Allendale Municipal Building, 500 West Crescent Avenue, Allendale, New Jersey 07401.  The Work Session will begin at 7:00 p.m., immediately followed by the Regular Session in the Council Chambers located on the second floor.    

The May 1, 2025, Meeting of the Board of Health of the Borough of Allendale will be held in-person at the Allendale Community Center, 210 West Crescent Avenue, Allendale, New Jersey 07401. The meeting will begin at 8:00 p.m. in Community Room 1 located in the Allendale Community Center 

Crestwood Lake registration begins May 5, 2025.

The Allendale Police Department is scheduled for an on-site assessment as part of its program to achieve accreditation by verifying that it meets recognized professional best practices. 

Agency employees and the public are invited to offer comments by calling (201) 419-1304 on Friday, May 2, 2025 between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. Email comments can be sent to the police department at drosendahl@allendalenj.gov.

THE BOIL WATER ADVISORY IS LIFTED. It is no longer necessary to boil your water before using.

A boil water advisory remains in effect, with another update expected Friday afternoon, 4/25/25.

Veolia is providing notification that a temporary loss of pressure occurred in the Allendale System on April 24, 2025.  Effective April 24, 2025, a Boil Water Advisory has been implemented for customers in Allendale until testing of the water supply is deemed satisfactory.
