The Borough of Allendale is pursuing the acquisition of 274 West Allendale Avenue, known as the Turner House property, with plans to transform it into a passive park that connects two existing recreational areas, with the aim of mitigating flooding, preserving valuable open space, and enhancing the community’s natural environment.
